  • Valuation

    As an agent it is imperative that we keep our finger on the pulse of the local and surrounding market to ensure that we can provide a true and accurate assessment of your property, which will always be supported by current comparative evidence so that you can make an informed decision.

    Not only will we provide you with a current price, we will also discuss improvements to the property that will ensure you get the best possible return for the minimum outlay.

  • Our Services

    We will discuss all of your possible options and pricing with you so that you can make the choice that is right for you.

    For the more hands on we may simply provide a tenant finding service, but for those of you that wish for a more comprehensive lettings service, we will tailor the package to best suit your needs.

  • Safety Regulations

    There is of course certain legislation that comes with letting your property which includes the safety of gas appliances and electrical equipment along with a duty of care towards any furniture that may be included within the tenancy.

    As your professional representative we will advise you of your obligations and the implications of non-compliance.

  • Making your property ready to let

    Following our initial visit we will make suggestions to you which will ensure that your home/property is ready to show.  This can include making sure that the property is clean and tidy with any clutter away and out of sight.  We may also suggest moving some furniture to open up space.  All of this will allow us to get good tenants through the door and achieve the right price for you.

    Should we feel that redecoration or refurbishment of parts of the property will help you achieve the best price, we can recommend fantastic tradesmen to assist you.

    We will then take high definition photographs and video of the property ready for marketing.

  • Marketing

    As soon as we have received your signed contract and documents we will immediately begin marketing your property on our website, the property portals and on social media. We will also match your property to our extensive database of fully vetted applicants who are ready to move.
