This was a joint venture with the owner of the detached bungalow that occupied the site. We invested our own money and expertise and had the homeowner signed into an Option agreement where we would buy the site at it’s uplifted value upon gaining planning permission.

Using our team of planners and consultants we sought planning permission to demolish the bungalow and replace it with 2 x 4 bedroom executive detached family homes.

We gained the planning permission by way of an Appeal to the government following the local authorities objection to our proposal. Following the approval we marketed the site for sale and sold it to an independent property developer who delivered two amazing houses which we released to the open market and secured sales on both houses.

The interesting part to this application is that we hived off half the rear garden for its future development potential which after many months of wrangling with the planning office we were finally successful in achieving planning for a further 2 new build houses.
